Putting up the tent is an all-day job done by professionals. Not only do they have the install the tent, but they also have to install the stage and level it. The street where we have the tent is on a rather steep incline.

While they were putting up the tent, some teachers from a nearby school brought their children to the playground and before allowing the children to play, they picked up the trash there.

Before we can put up the tents, the booths have to be in place. Thus, there is a specific sequence of events which must take place.
