Miraculous Icon of Saint Anna
Once again we are privileged to be visited by the Miraculous Icon of Saint Anna, the Grandmother of God. This time her icon came to Holy Apostles Russian Orthodox Church in Beltville MD on Thursday 12 July 2007 and Friday 13 July 2007. I attended the prayer service and Vigil. What a treat!
As I was on my way to the church, I arrived at the corner of Powder Mill Road and Rhode Island. A car pull up beside me and the driver asked if I were going to the Russian church to see the icon. I said yes. He said "Follow me." So I followed the icon to the church. And I knew that I was not too late. Plus I learned an easier way to and from the church.
