2007 Russian Festival - Sunday

As usually, our Festival ended with a procession on Sunday 21 October 2007. Natalie took the photographs and this is the best set of photographs of our opening and closing ceremonies ever. Thank you for a good job, Natalie.

The weather was beautiful. Sunday's Divine Liturgy was also beautiful. I was still learning but I also have a good taeacher. Fr. John knows his stuff and this is very important.

It was really good to see Bob and Mary and their friends. They told me that one of the women who came with them was over 90 years old and she did not want to leave. We belong to the same Saturday morning breakfast group. We first met at the St. Maximos meetings which is a Catholic-Orthodox dialog group. Future meetings will talk about Holy Orders and we hope to get Fr. Daniel, an Indonesian priest, to one of the near future meetings.
