Deacon Michael's First Vigil

This is my very first service as a deacon. The occasion was the feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross on the old calendar. Being a deacon is considerably different than being a subdeacon. It is really exciting, if I can use that word. I also hope that I will be able to make life much easier for our rector, Fr. John Vass.
