Linthicum Fair - Holy Cross Church
What an honor it was for me to participate in the Linthicum Fair with Holy Cross Antiochian Church. This was my first "outside" function as a deacon. My role mainly was to answer questions that somebody might have about the Orthodox Church. I also walked around and had some wonderful conversations with some of the people there.
Earlier in the day I had breakfeast with my usual Saturday morning breakfast group and Lisa gave me a beautiful icon of Saints Constantine and Helen as an ordination gift. It was one of three icons which were ordinations gifts that were blessed the following day at church.
After the Fair I drove over to Cathedral Gardens and served Vespers with Fr. John Vass, our rector at Holy Trinity.
