Tour Health Fair

Congressman Elijah E. Cummings' office inviated the residents of Baltimore to The 2005 CBCF Collective Power Tour Health Fair. The event was held at the University of Baltimore and was open to the public. All the programs were free.

Since I misunderstood the program, I arrived around 11:30. Rovenia M. Brock, Ph.D, was discussing diets and healthy living. Topics discussed were diets, fasting, and vegans.

After her presentation, we were served a wonderful lunch. Many of us delayed going to lunch in order to pick up a copy of her book, Dr. Ro's Ten Secrets to Livin' Healthy.

After lunch we were treated to a performance by some young ladies from the Baltimore area. Sorry, I did not get the name of the group.
