A Taste of East Baltimore
Right after the Russian Festival, the Washington Hills Neighborhood Association had "A Taste of East Baltimore." We hope that it will become an annual event and also connected to the Russian Festival. Both groups benefit when we work together. We got manpower to help us clean up after the Festival and they got use of the tents and building.
